  1. Late C18 2 storey and mansard attic. Brick covered in ivy. 2 storey cemented canted bays of C18 origin flank central door. Bays have Cl9 sashes and C18 dentil cornices. Central open pedimented Tower of the Winds columned porch up 2 stone steps. Round headed ornamental fanlight. C19 sash over. Parapet, mansard slates. 3 C18 flat top sash dormers. End stacks. Early and later C19 west extensions.

The Old Mill Building, the Mill Owner's House, the House to East of Old Mill Building and the Barn form a working group, a very rare survival in London.
