25 Queen Anne's Gate is a Grade I listed corner terraced town house built around 1700 to 1704, originally part of the Queen Square development. The building was heightened in the late 18th century or early 19th century and underwent early 20th-century alterations to its interior. It features a brown brick façade with red brick dressings up to the second floor and a slate roof. The house has four storeys and a basement, with five windows across its front.

The central entrance is approached by steps and retains an original carved wooden doorcase with panelled enriched pilasters and an impressive canopy cornice-hood with pediment finials, all adorned with intricate foliage carvings. The windows have flush framed glazing bar sashes beneath flat gauged red brick arches up to the second floor, with recessed windows above. Carved mask keystones are present on the ground and first floors, along with stone plat bands above them. The building has a parapet with coping and wrought iron area railings featuring flambé torch finials.

The interior has been significantly altered in the early to mid-20th century, including a panelled neo-Georgian staircase. This property is part of an exceptional group of Queen Anne houses.
