34 Queen Anne's Gate is an end-of-terrace town house built around 1780-1790, with an extension added in 1912 by Detmar Blow. The building features a brown brick façade and a slate roof. The plain elevation of the house was extended by Blow to match the original Queen Anne's Gate houses, using dark brown brick with red brick dressings. The property has three storeys, a dormered mansard roof, and a basement. It is three windows wide, with the extension featuring one window at the front and three at the rear. The entrance is located to the right and includes a panelled door with a fanlight, topped by a shallow flat cornice-hood. The windows are recessed square-headed glazing bar sashes set beneath segmental gauged arches. There is a plat band on the first floor and a parapet with coping. The area is enclosed by cast iron railings with flambé torch finials. At the rear, there is a three-window bowed section facing the park. The addition by Detmar Blow includes flush framed sashes under flat gauged red brick arches with keystones, stone plat bands, an eaves cornice, and corniced dormers.
