Description

No. 26 South Molton Street is a terrace house with a shop, built in the early 19th century or late 18th century, with some heightening and rebuilding at the top in the early 19th century. The building is made of stock brick and has a concealed slate roof. It stands five storeys tall and is two windows wide. The shop front is a later 20th-century addition. The upper floors feature recessed plate glass sash windows that sit under flat gauged painted brick arches. The building has a parapet with coping and is included for its group interest.
