Description
Nos 10 to 12 South Molton Street are terraced houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings and have concealed slate roofs. The buildings rise to four storeys, each with three windows across the front. The ground floors feature mid to late 20th century shop fronts, while the upper floors have recessed 19th century plate glass sash windows set under flat gauged arches, with stuccoed reveals. Number 12 includes an early to mid-19th century attic storey above a modillion cornice, with parapets that have coping. These houses are included in the listing for their group value.
