Description
No. 60 Park Street is a terraced town house built between 1826 and 1827, constructed at the same time as No. 58. The building is of stock brick construction, with a channelled stucco ground floor, and a slate roof. It comprises four storeys and a basement, with a width of three windows. A Delian Doric porch is situated to the right, sheltering a flat-arched doorway featuring a panelled door and patterned fanlight. The windows are recessed glazing bar sashes; the ground floor sashes have channelling struck to flat arches, while those on the upper floors are set within flat, gauged red brick arches. A parapet with coping runs along the roofline. A geometric pattern cast iron balcony extends across the first floor. The building has cast iron area railings topped with urn finials.
