Rusticated quoins above ground floor; pilastered quoins to ground floor. Square headed windows, architraved above ground floor; corniced to first floor. Stucco bands between storeys. Low hipped roof to eaves. Sashes; margin glazing to upper windows; plate glass to ground floor.
