Description
18 Marlborough Place is a detached house built in the mid-19th century, constructed of stucco. The building has three storeys and a basement, featuring three windows across the front, along with a two-storey, one-bay entrance porch located to the right. The entrance includes a panelled door. The ground floor has channelling, and there are rusticated quoins above the ground floor, with pilastered quoins at that level. The windows are square-headed, with architraves above the ground floor and cornices on the first floor. There are stucco bands separating the storeys, and the roof is a low hipped design that extends to the eaves. The windows are sashes, with margin glazing on the upper windows and plate glass on the ground floor.
