Description
Surrey Lodge is a detached house built in the early 19th century. It features a stucco exterior and a hipped, slated roof with projecting eaves. The building stands three storeys tall and has one window on the main facade, along with a two-storey, one-window recessed entrance extension to the left. The entrance includes a doorway with a projecting tented lead canopy supported by slender columns, a patterned fanlight, and a panelled door. Above the entrance is a round-arched traceried window set in a shallow recess. The windows are recessed sashes, with three on the ground floor arranged in a canted bay and a cast-iron balcony on the second floor. The interior has not been inspected.
