Description
No. 15 Albemarle Street is a terrace house built in the early 18th century and has been altered over time. It features a brown brick exterior with a channelled stucco ground floor and a slate roof. The building stands four storeys high, including a basement and a dormered mansard roof, and is three windows wide. The entrance on the right has been widened. The revealed sash windows do not have glazing bars and are adorned with cornices on the first and second floors, while the third floor has flat gauged arches. There are stucco balustrades above the first-floor windows, a stucco sill band on the third floor, and a main cornice above the third floor. The property also has cast iron area railings. This building is included in the listing for its group interest.
