Terrace house. c.1737. Stock brick, probably a mid C19 refacing, slate roof. 3 storeys and dormered mansard. 2 windows wide. Square headed rectangular fanlight doorway to right. Recessed sash windows under gauged flat arches. Parapet with coping. Original interior features include entrance passage panelling with pilasters, complete except at front end, arched opening to stairwell with dog leg closed string stairs with turned balusters, panelled 1st floor front room with box cornice. Evidently of same build as Nos. 2 and 3.
