Description
The Bag O'Nails Public House is a public house built in the early to mid 19th century. It features a stucco exterior and a low slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and is three windows wide, with a rounded corner bay and a three-window return on the right side. The ground floor has been altered in the late 19th or 20th century. The first floor has central windows on each facade, including the corner, which are topped with pediments. There are pilasters between the square-headed windows, which have plate glass. A cornice runs above the second storey, and there is a balustraded parapet at the top. This building is included for its group value with the houses in Lower Grosvenor Place.
