Description

There are four lamp posts located at the gateway to the Royal Mews of Buckingham Palace. These lamp posts date from the 19th century and are made of cast iron. They feature a chamfered shaft and polygonal lanterns, each topped by a crown. The lamp posts are designed to accommodate gas filaments.
