Description

A pair of terraced houses located in Devonshire Terrace, built in the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of stucco, with the roof being obscured. They are three storeys high with an attic. Number 20 has three windows across its facade, while Number 21 has five, with one central window being blind. The ground floor features channelling. Projecting Doric porches are present. A continuous balustraded balcony runs along the first floor. The windows are square-headed, with architraves above the ground floor level. Pediments adorn the first-floor windows. A cornice sits above the second floor, followed by a subsidiary cornice and a balustraded parapet to the attic. Cast iron area railings are present, with a balustraded area to Number 21 and cast iron railings to Number 20.
