Description
Pratt's Club consists of two terrace houses, built around 1682 and altered around 1840. They are finished in stucco with rusticated ground floors and feature slate roofs. Number 13 has four storeys, while Number 14 has three storeys, both with basements and dormered mansards. Each house has a front that is three windows wide, with square-headed doorways and fanlights located to the left. The sash windows are nearly flush framed and lack glazing bars. A stone cornice is present above the second floor, with a coped parapet on Number 13 and a balustraded parapet on Number 14. Both houses have cast iron balconettes on the first floor and cast iron area railings. Notably, Number 14 has a timber-framed back wall.
