Symmetrical composition. Channelled stucco to ground floor. Central projecting pilastered porch, solid sided panelled door. Square-headed windows, pilastered surrounds to ground floor. First floor windows architraved and corniced, stucco balconies. Stucco band above first floor. Plain, unmarked windows above. Sashes, glazing bars. Eaves cornice.
