Description

No. 7 Craven Hill is a detached villa dating from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of stucco over brick, with a slate mansard roof. It has three storeys and an attic mansard. The facade is three windows wide. The ground floor is channelled stucco, with projecting central pilasters and a solid-sided porch. The windows are square-headed and have architraves, with cornices to the first floor that have shallow tented roofs over. Individual first-floor stucco balconies are present. A console cornice sits above the second floor. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The roof terminates in a balustraded parapet, topped by pedimented dormers.
