Description

No. 13 Craven Hill is a detached villa dating from the mid-19th century. The villa is constructed of stucco over brick with a slate mansard roof. It is three storeys high and three windows wide. The ground floor features rusticated pilasters. A central projecting porch has solid sides and is pilastered. A balustraded balcony is present on the first floor. The windows are square-headed and architraved above the ground floor, with plate glass sashes. Panelled pilasters are placed between the bays on the first and second floors.
