Brown brick, channelled stucco ground floor, stucco 3rd floor sill band, cornice and further cornice to parapet. 4 storeys and attic. Basement. 2 bays. Entrance with overlight, tripartite sash. 1st floor: iron balcony. Sashes with glazing bars to all except 1st floor. Flat gauged brick arches. Iron basement railings.
