Description
A pair of houses located in Sussex Place, dating from the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish and channelled detailing to the ground floor. They rise to four storeys above a basement, each house having two bays. The entrances are framed with overlights. The windows are sash windows. Above the ground floor, sashes incorporate glazing bars within architraves, with hoods over the first-floor windows. Iron balconies are present, and the basement is fronted by iron railings.
