Description
House, dating from the early to mid-19th century, forming part of the return of Sussex Gardens. It is constructed of brown brick in Flemish bond, with a channelled stucco ground floor and stucco dressings. The building has four storeys and a basement. A pilastered entrance is present. A 20th-century window replaces the original on the ground floor. An iron balcony is located on the first floor. Casement windows are set within architraves. A cornice runs along the 3rd-floor sill level, connecting with that of Sussex Gardens. Iron railings are present at basement level. The building has group value, contributing to the character of the area.
