Description

Sunnyside is a house built in the early 19th century, which has been altered. It is constructed of Flemish bond brown brick and features a grey slate roof with a moulded plaster cornice. The building has three storeys and one and a half bays. There is an open timber porch, likely from the early 20th century. The entrance has a six-panel door with flush reeded-margin lower panels, while the upper panels have been replaced with glass. The unaltered opening on the lower storey contains an early 20th-century casement window. On the second storey, there is a 12-pane sash window in the main bedroom and an 8-pane sash above the door. The third storey features a 6-pane sash and a small mid-20th-century casement window. All sashes are flush and have wedge lintels and stone cills. The house has a ridge chimney.
