Description

No. 5 Garrick Street is an office and chambers building with a warehouse, constructed around 1860. It features a stucco exterior and a slate roof, showcasing an Italianate palazzo style typical of the street. The building has four storeys and is three windows wide. The ground floor has a warehouse frontage with pilasters and decorated consoles that flank an entablature-fascia. The upper floors are adorned with archivolt arched recessed sash windows, which are connected by impost strings on each level. There are also enriched sill courses and a deep bracketed cornice at the top.
