COMMERCIAL ROAD E1 1. 4431 (South Side) No 396 (The East End Maternity Hospital) and railings (Late C19 extension not listed) TQ 3581 16/540 II GV 2. Early C19. Yellow stock brick, cornice and stucco blocking course above western half. Stucco band above 1st floor. Roof not visible. 3 storeys, dormers and basements, 6 windows, all unbarred sashes with gauged flat arches, those of 1st floor set in recessed brick arches with stucco bands at impost height. Doorway with bracketed pediment. Clock. Wrought iron railings.
