Description
No 368 on Commercial Road is an early to mid-19th century building constructed of brown brick, featuring a stucco band course at the second floor sill height and a stucco parapet, although the roof is not visible. The building stands three storeys high and has two windows. The second-floor windows are adorned with shouldered architraves, while the first-floor windows have architraves and cornices, with sashes that include some glazing bars. The ground floor facade is made of grey stone and features a heavy portico at the entrance, complete with a pediment and a panelled balcony that extends under the first-floor windows. The ground floor windows have round arches with architraves, keystones, and impost bands, and there are side pilasters flanking the ground floor. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 368 to 374 (even).
