BOUNDARY ESTATE CALVERT AVENUE E2 (north side) Public Control Department of London Borough of Tower Hamlets
GV II 1899. Red brick with white stone banding, slate roof, wide eaves cornice. Two storeys and basement. Seven bays to Calvert Avenue, seven bays to Virginia Road and rounded end between of three bays, two under gable which has three storeys, attic and basement. Variety of windows in moulded stone architraves. Shallow arch with dripstone mould to carriageway entrance on Calvert Avenue.
