BOUNDARY ESTATE CAMLET STREET E2 (East Side) Molesey House

GV II 1899. Red brick, ground floor forms plinth to building. Tiled mansard roof with wide eaves soffit. Towers flank central gable which is rendered and painted cream. Gable of four bays, sides two bays each. Four storeys and dormer, gable 5 and single top window above. First and second floor windows in brick arched recesses. One rank casements, rest sashes with segmental arches and glazing bars. Iron balconies across centre third and fourth floors.
