Description

The playground wall at Rochelle Street Primary School, built in 1899, is a boundary wall made of panelled yellow brick with red brick dressings and white stone caps on the interval piers. The wall also extends along Club Row. This wall is part of the Boundary Estate, an early London County Council estate known for its advanced design for the time. The estate features a variety of architectural details and its streets radiate from a central raised park in Arnold Circus, forming a cohesive group with several surrounding streets.
