Description

A row of workshops built between 1895 and 1898, designed by Reginald Minton Taylor of the London County Council. The workshops are constructed of yellow brick with low-pitched roofs extending to the eaves. They are single-storeyed, and each features a wide door on the right-hand side, constructed of planks with the upper portion glazed in small panes with glazing bars. Above and to the left of the door is further glazing, consisting of a four-light window and a three-light fanlight, also with small panes and glazing bars. Party walls extend above the roofline between the individual workshop units. These workshops are an integral component of the pioneering Boundary Street Estate.
