The cottage is two storeys high and originally comprised three bays, with a one-storey extension added to the right. A 20th-century door is centrally positioned, and it features sash windows with glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected. The cottages were originally connected to nearby claypits and a brick kiln. Pond Cottages, along with Nos. 1-6 and 10, form a group.
