Description
This is a detached outbuilding located north-west of Number 41 (Oakfield), dating from the 18th century and now converted into a dwelling. The building features a stucco exterior and a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves, reflecting a style similar to Oakfield. The ground floor has a large garage door opening, and the windows are mainly sash types with glazing bars, arranged in an irregular pattern. The elevation facing the road is largely blind.
