Description

This is a detached outbuilding located north-west of Number 41 (Oakfield), dating from the 18th century and now converted into a dwelling. The building features a stucco exterior and a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves, reflecting a style similar to Oakfield. The ground floor has a large garage door opening, and the windows are mainly sash types with glazing bars, arranged in an irregular pattern. The elevation facing the road is largely blind. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with Oakfield.
