Description
Heathview Hotel, located at Nos 15 and 16 Montpelier Row, is a late 18th century or early 19th century terrace building. The front is rendered and features a cornice and parapet, along with a first-floor band. Each house consists of three storeys and a basement, with five windows. The sash windows have plain reveals and some have been replaced, while the doors are later additions, consisting of double and single four-panel designs set in moulded architraves, topped with an oak leaf patterned pulvinated frieze. The cornice is supported by scrolled consoles and includes dentils and egg-and-dart moulding. Wrought iron hand and area railings add to the building's character. Nos 1 to 16 and Nos 18 to 20 Montpelier Row form a group.
