2. Early C18 with alterations. 3 storeys and basement, 4 and 3 windows. Brown brick. 2nd floor band. 4 high pitched, hipped roof ridges (renewed in modern tiles) largely hidden behind rebuilt parapet. Gauged flat brick arches to windows, some late C18 sashes with glazing bars, some early C19 1-bar casements and some circa 1900 sashes with fancy bars, all in original near-flush box frames. On ground floor at East end 1 double door and a carriage entrance, framed in late C19 stonework with dentil cornice and inscription in small pediment over: "Established 1779. Holland and Co's Distillery and Bonded Store." At West a wood entablature, with bracketed cornice, resting on scrolled consoles flanking door and window. Irregular, 4-window back elevation with replaced windows in old flush moulded frames under segmental brick arches.
