Description
This is a circa 1800 terrace of six buildings, numbered 204 to 212 on Lambeth Road. Each building is three storeys high with a sunken basement and has two windows. Number 210 has a later mansard roof with dormers. The buildings are constructed of stock brick with a stucco cornice and parapet coping. They feature sash windows with gauged flat brick arches. The entrances have three steps leading to doors consisting of four fielded panels and two boarded panels, each with a plain fanlight set within a stuccoed round arched recess. Number 212 has a rusticated stucco door surround. Wrought iron area railings are present. The garden areas between numbers 210 and 212 have stuccoed dividing walls which terminate in segmental pedimented piers.
