Description

The building at 150 Lambeth Road is a circa 1800 structure, comprising four storeys and a basement. It originally featured two windows on the top floor, with a projecting, three-window bay to the right and a single window to the left. The exterior is constructed of stock brick with a parapet. Sash windows are set within gauged brick arches; the arches are flat, except for the segmental arch over the top-right window. The top floor is likely a later addition. The main entrance features a four-panel door flanked by sidelights, topped by a wide, rectangular fanlight within a moulded architrave incorporating a frieze and cornice. Tall wrought iron area railings enhance the building's appearance.
