Description
St Mary's Rectory is a building from 1828-1829 that has undergone some alterations. It is two storeys high with a basement and features five windows. The structure is made of stock brick and has a cornice and parapet. The replaced sash windows have gauged flat brick arches and include glazing bars. Access to the modernised doorway is via six steps with wrought iron rails, located in a projecting brick porch. To the right, there is an older house that has been incorporated into the rectory, which includes a late 19th-century ground floor extension that is bowed at the back. This part of the building has a datestone from 1778.
