Description
This is a row of twelve cottages dating from the early to mid-19th century, located at 2 to 18 Whittlesey Street. The cottages are two storeys high, each with three windows. They are constructed of stock brick, and have a tall parapet made of stone, with three blank panels positioned above the windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and each has a gauged flat brick arch above it. The entrances have six-panel doors, a cornice head, and a plain fanlight, all set beneath a round, gauged brick arch.
