Description
This is a row of twelve cottages dating from the early to mid-19th century, located at numbers 5 to 21 Whittlesey Street. The cottages are two storeys in height and each has three windows. They are constructed of stock brick with a tall parapet of stone, featuring three plain panels above the windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within arches formed of flat, gauged brick. Each cottage has a six-panel door, topped with a cornice and a plain fanlight, all set under a round, gauged brick arch.
