Description

HILL PATH SW16 1. (off Streatham Common North) 5023 About 90 metres of wall, on west side of path, between grid references TQ 30917106 and TQ 30897115 TQ 3071 34/476

  1. Tall C18 wall of pinkish brick sloped in to coping and with tapered buttresses. English bond. At north end wall turns west for about 18 yds. This section is of C17 appearance, very tall with arched drain openings in plinth. Tall, stone-coped pier at angle. Bright red brick, some blue headers, indeterminate bond.
