Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of six buildings, numbered 60 to 66 Clapham Road. Each building is four storeys high with a basement, and has three windows. The buildings are constructed of stock brick, with number 64 painted. The frontages are topped with parapets, the upper parts of which are rendered. Numbers 64 and 66 have projecting cornices. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, except for the long first-floor casements which open onto ornamental cast iron balconies. There are three or six steps leading up to the six-panel doors, which have narrow reeded pilasters, a reeded head, and a plain fanlight above. Numbers 60 and 62 have been joined to create a block of offices; one door has been removed.
