Description
No. 5 Prima Road is a substantial house dating from around 1800. It has three storeys and a basement, with three windows across its facade. The building is constructed of stock brick, featuring a rusticated stucco basement and ground floor, along with a first-floor cill band. It has a stucco frieze, cornice, and a blocking course. The sash windows have been replaced, with the side bays featuring tripartite windows set under gauged brick arches. The centre bay is slightly set back. A projecting Ionic porch, which is distyle in antis, includes an anthemion frieze, and keystone masks are present on the side windows. The forecourt has side walls that are part brick and part stuccoed, projecting from the front corners of the building.
