II

  1. Circa 1800. Substantial house of three storeys and basement, three windows. Stock brick. Rusticated stucco basement and ground floor to first floor cill band. Stucco frieze, cornice and blocking course. Replaced sash windows, those in side bays tripartite, under gauged brick arches. Centre bay slightly set back. Projecting Ionic porch, distyle in antis with anthemion frieze. Keystone masks on side windows. Part brick and part stuccoed forecourt side walls project from front corners of building.
