Description
No. 15 Clapham Road is an early 19th-century house that stands three storeys tall with a sunk basement. It features two windows and a one-storey entrance bay on the right. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a stone-coped parapet, which shows some signs of rebuilding. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The ground floor windows are set in round-arched recesses that include a stuccoed impost string. The entrance consists of a modern six-panel door flanked by narrow sidelights, with a cornice head and a radial fanlight above, all set under a segmental gauged brick arch with an impost string across the bay. The basement is also stuccoed.
