Description
No 361 on Clapham Road is an early 19th-century house that stands three storeys tall with a basement and features five windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a prominent stone modillion cornice. A complete storey has been added above the original structure. The sash windows are topped with gauged brick arches, while the ground floor windows are round-headed and set within round-arched recesses that include a stone impost band. The house has a stuccoed plinth and is accessed by six steps leading to a six-panel double door, which is situated in a stuccoed recess flanked by engaged quasi-Ionic columns, topped with a cornice head and a plain fanlight.
