Description

This is a row of seven terraced houses, numbered 129 to 135 Kennington Lane, built in the late 18th century. The houses were later partly rebuilt to repair damage from wartime and other incidents. They are constructed of stock brick with Welsh slate roofs and have parapet fronts. The two-storey facade has seven windows, each with replaced sash windows containing glazing bars, set within flat gauged red brick arches. The entrance doors are replaced six-panel doors, each topped with a radial fanlight under a round gauged brick arch. Original cast iron forecourt railings and brick piers have also been replaced.
