Description

A pair of semi-detached houses located on St Ann's Villas, dating from 1852. The houses are constructed of red brick, with blue diapering, and have slate roofs. They are built in the Tudor style. Each house is two windows wide, featuring a two-storey canted bay with a parapet. The windows are stone mullioned and transomed, with dripmoulds; the ground floor windows have four and five lights respectively. Quoins are present. There is a gable to the top storey. The outer bays are set back. Four-centred headed porches with steps lead to the entrances. The houses are part of a group of twelve pairs, deliberately designed with variations to create a unified architectural scheme.
