Description
Nos 24 and 26 St Ann's Villas are a pair of semi-detached houses built in 1852. They are constructed of red brick with some blue diapering and feature a slate roof in the Tudor style. Each house is two windows wide and has a two-storey canted bay with a parapet. The windows are stone mullioned and transomed, complete with dripmoulds, with the ground floor having four and five lights. The houses have quoins and a gable at the top storey, with the outer bays set back. They also feature four-centred headed porches with steps leading up. This pair is part of a series of twelve pairs of houses, each with a deliberately varied design, contributing to a unified architectural scheme.
