No. 15 Holland Park is a detached house built in 1862. It is constructed of stucco and has three storeys, an attic, and a basement. The house is three bays wide and features a symmetrical design. The ground floor has channelling, and there are steps leading to a central entrance flanked by Doric half columns. On either side of the entrance, there are two-storey canted bay windows with Corinthian pilasters on the upper storey. The outer windows on the second floor also have pilasters. A small balustraded balcony is positioned above the central window. The house is topped with a rich cornice and a balustraded parapet that includes three dormers; the two outer dormers are pedimented while the inner one has chimney outlets. Additionally, there are cast iron balconies on the ground floor. This property is part of the planned layout of Holland Park.
