Description
No. 14 Holland Park is a detached house built in 1862, constructed of stucco. The building has three storeys, an attic, and a basement, and it is three bays wide with a symmetrical design. The ground floor features channelling, and there are steps leading up to a central entrance flanked by Doric columns. On either side of the entrance, there are two-storey canted bay windows with Corinthian pilasters on the upper storey. The outer windows on the second floor also have pilasters. A small balustraded balcony is present at the central window, and the building has a balustraded parapet that includes three dormers, with the outer two being pedimented and the inner one featuring chimney outlets. Additionally, there are cast iron balconies on the ground floor. This house is part of the planned layout of Holland Park.
