Row of stuccoed houses. Nos 16 and 17 now a hostel. Early to mid C19. Three storeys attic and basement. Channelled stucco to ground floor. Projecting porch to each, Nos 16 and 17 Ionic, No 15 fluted Doric. Each 3 windows wide. Window architraves, with cornices to first floor. No 17 with later 2-storey canted bay window. Dentil cornice. Balustraded parapet except No 17. No 17 with return facade to left. Cast iron balconys to first floor. Area railings. Listed mainly for group value with rest of Chesham Place (see London Borough of Westminster).
