Description

This is a terrace of eleven houses, built around 1860. The buildings are three storeys tall, with an attic and basement, and each house is two windows wide. The houses are constructed of brick, with the ground floor and basement finished in channelled stucco. Each house features a round-headed porch approached by steps; the entrance to number 11 is on the side. A continuous iron balcony runs in front of the first-floor windows. The windows have stuccoed architraves. A dentil cornice is located above the second-floor windows, and a balustraded parapet sits above the attic storey. Area railings are also present. This group value reflects the terrace's contribution to the character of the area.
