Description
A terrace of twenty dwellinghouses, numbers 14 to 26, built in the mid-19th century. The houses are three storeys tall, with a basement level and some have attic or roof storeys. Each house has a two-window front. The main facade is of stock brick, with the ground floor finished in channelled stucco. The windows have stucco architraves. A continuous, curved iron balcony extends across the first floor, projecting forward over the porches. The two houses at each end of the terrace, and the three houses in the centre, are slightly more forward, featuring quoins at the corners and Venetian windows on the first floor. The top of the building is marked by a dentil cornice. Area railings are present. These houses form part of a pair of terraces, with numbers 1 to 13 being the adjacent terrace.
